  1. Please ensure the items are in the same and complete condition in which you first received them, with all labels and seals intact and still attached. Boxes and other original packaging must be returned as well.

    If the returns do not meet our policy, we will send back the goods to you.

  2. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags, box, and complete packaging.

  3. Please keep in mind that the shipping of the return cost will be at your expense and will not be refunded. Kindly read further details in the Shipping Returns information.

If you wish to make a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please fill in the form we have created for you to initiate the return and exchanges process here.
  2. If you have an account, please sign in to your POSH AND SIMPLE account and select the order number from which you wish to return.
  3. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return and exchanges.
  4. Once we receive your request, we will send you an email confirmation containing your return and exchange instructions.
  5. After we receive the confirmation, we will check the complete information before verifying its request.
  6. Please send the package to our warehouse address if you wish to return the product and it is successfully confirmed.
  7. Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability.
  8. We only accept regular-priced items to be returned.
  9. We only accept exchanges of size or variants.

If you wish to make a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please fill in the form we have created for you to initiate the refund process here.
  2. If you have an account, please sign in to your POSH AND SIMPLE account and select the order number from which you wish to make a refund.
  3. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return and exchanges.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of working days, depending on its payment provider’s regulation.
  6. If you haven’t received a refund, please re-check your bank account. If you use a credit card for the payment, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  7. Another alternative is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  8. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, don’t hesitate to contact us at our email.
  9. Please keep in mind that only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  1. The shipping of the return item cost will be at your expense and non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. We recommend you rely on a trusted courier and keep the receipt of the package until the process is finished and has been received. Please let us know the details of its receive by attaching its file and sending it to our email official.poshandsimple@gmail.com.
  3. You may want to track the status of your return at any time on the specific third-party (courier) site you use to send the goods to us.
  4. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on the distance from your address to our warehouse.
  5. As soon as the good has returned to our warehouse and verified, we will ensure you receive a refund.

If the item is missing, contact us as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You are allowed to request a return or exchange for any item ordered on poshandsimpleofficial.com within 14 days of the date you received the package.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are sorry to inform you that we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If the product does not meet your expectations, we are open to suggestions that you proceed with the return options. We apologize for the inconvenience.
